Herbalife Nutrition Chairman and CEO John Agwunobi visited SOS Children’s Villages, a Casa Herbalife Nutrition partner in India, in his latest tour of the country. During the visit, John celebrated the program’s success since becoming a partner in 2009. He also had heartwarming interactions with several children from the Casa.
“It was a special moment to visit SOS Children’s Villages of India on my recent trip,” said Herbalife Nutrition Chairman and CEO John Agwunobi. “Thank you for providing children without parental care or at the risk of losing it, a value chain of quality care services that goes beyond childcare, to ensure comprehensive child development.”
SOS Children’s Villages is an orphanage dedicated to supporting children in need of care and protection. Since 2009, the Herbalife Nutrition Foundation has granted over $740,000 to SOS Children’s Villages of India, helping over 8,420 children.
“John’s visit to India was a moment of joy, pride, and recognition for Team India as we celebrated our continuous growth and success over the last 14 years and especially during the challenging years gone by,” said Ajay Khanna, Senior Vice President and General Manager, India.
