In 2019, the Herbalife Nutrition Foundation launched the Charity Family Orphanage “NUR,” the first Casa Herbalife Nutrition program in Kazakhstan. Since then, the Casa’s kitchen has been renovated and over 120 children have received healthy meals and nutrition education.

“Thank you,” said seven-year-old Nurali. “You helped us live well and with good health.”

“NUR” is one of the most remote Casas, located between Russia and India. Through a Global Initiative, HNF added 43 organizations in 2018, including “NUR.” Since the Casa’s inception, HNF has provided over $44,000 in grant support.

In addition to our grant funds, Herbalife Nutrition Independent Distributors have supported the organization by collecting food and participating in fun activities with the children at the Casa. In fact, distributors have helped plant over 50 fruit seedings and flowers in the Green Dream’s alley.

“During the first wave of the COVID 19 pandemic, we had to be isolated for 2 months,” said Azamat Baisarin, “NUR” manager. “Thanks to the financial assistance from HNF, we were able to stock up on food. We did not need anything.”
