At just four years old, Denisa sought medial treatment for cancer and received daily support at Asociatia Ana Si Copiii in Bucharest, Romania.
Denisa is now 8 years old, and thanks to the support of her loved ones and the association, she won her battle against cancer. During this fight, however, she lost her right eye, but that does not prevent her from learning with enthusiasm and studying conscientiously in school.
When Denisa entered the day-care program, she was a tiny, young girl. Now she is very strong and healthy! The two nutritious meals she eats daily at the Center and the dance classes she has taken over the past year have helped her develop into a healthy, cheerful and playful child!
